Request for Proposals: Fund Development Manager for the City of Philadelphia Office of Immigrant Affairs

The Philadelphia City Fund and the Office of Immigrant Affairs (OIA) seek proposals from prospective applicants to serve as a contracted Fund Development & Grant Distribution Management Consultant for OIA and its Black Immigrant Capacity Building Project (BICBP). BICBP is a newly organized network and resource-fund, dedicated to establishing growth, development, and service supports to Philadelphia-based, Black immigrant-led originations whose missions are to address accessibility and resource gaps within the African and Caribbean communities of Philadelphia.
