About Us

The Philadelphia City Fund is an independent non-profit organization that works for and with the City of Philadelphia. Guided by a Board of Directors comprised of both City designees and independent Philadelphia leaders, the Fund offers the unique benefit of both internal knowledge and an external point of view to successfully manage City projects.

Many of our initiatives focus on new and innovative solutions that enhance urban life. As a fiscal sponsor, the Philadelphia City Fund makes it easier for City programs to flourish. As both a grantmaker and a grants manager, the Fund is an exceptional source of information on philanthropy in Philadelphia, and a champion of creative community projects across the city.
