The Philadelphia City Fund and the City of Philadelphia seek proposals from qualified applicants to provide Volunteer Management services for the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend. The Volunteer Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of volunteer engagement, including recruitment, placement, training, communication, and on-site management. This role ensures all volunteer positions are fully staffed, well-trained, supported, and aligned with event operations and safety standards. Expectations are outlined in full in the RFP.
