The Philadelphia City Fund and the City of Philadelphia seek proposals from qualified applicants to provide Expo Management services for the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend. The Expo Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of the Marathon Expo, including oversight of exhibitor operations, floor layout, logistics, staffing, and attendee flow to ensure a seamless, safe, and engaging experience for participants, sponsors, and partners. Expectations are outlined in full in the RFP.
