Request for Proposals: Cheer Zone Management Services Delivered to the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend

Questions related to the RFP must be submitted by February 20, 2026, at 5pm, via email with “PMW 2026 RFP Cheer Zone Management – Questions” in the subject line to marathon.contracts@phila.gov, with a cc: to cityfundRFP@phila.gov. Responses to questions will be posted to this page by March 4, 2026 at 5pm. 

Proposals must be submitted by March 11, 2026, at 5pm with all required components and documentation to marathon.contracts@phila.gov with a cc: to cityfundRFP@phila.gov. 

The Philadelphia City Fund and the City of Philadelphia seek proposals from qualified applicants to provide Cheer Zone management services for the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend. The Cheer Zone Manager will be responsible for recruitment and planning, and execution to ensure that there are enthusiastic cheer zones along all three race routes for the duration of race weekend. Expectations are outlined in full in the RFP.
