Request for Proposals: Certified Race Timing and Runner Tracking Services Delivered to the 2024 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend

All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing via email with “PM 2024 RFP Timing – Questions” in the subject line to marathon.contracts@phila.gov, with a cc: to cityfund@phila.gov by May 3, 2024, and may not be considered if not received by then. The Marathon will provide written responses to the submitted questions no later than May 9, 2024. These responses will be posted on this webpage with original questions noted. Oral responses by any employee or agent of the Fund or the Marathon are not binding and shall not in any way be considered a commitment by the Marathon.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM E.S.T. on May 17, 2024.  Proposals must be submitted with all required components and documentation to marathon.contracts@phila.gov with a cc: to cityfund@phila.gov.

The Philadelphia City Fund and the City of Philadelphia seek proposals from a qualified Contractor to provide Certified Race Timing and Runner Tracking Services for the 2024 Philadelphia Marathon scheduled for November 22–24, 2024. Contractor will provide race timing and runner tracking services for three of the Philadelphia Marathon’s race events: the Rothman Institute 8K, the 13.1 mile Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon, and the 26.2 mile AACR Philadelphia Marathon.
