“As a minority business owner, we're always looking for opportunities to learn and network with the City's corporate partners. MED Week has always been a tremendous vehicle for valuable information, important introductions, and mutually beneficial collaborations. As a mature business of 25 years, MED Week is as important and vital for the future growth and sustainability of Bodacious Promotions as it was in 1997. I urge you, as minority business owners, to attend, learn, network, and enjoy this very important week of opportunity.”

—Cassandra Hayes, CEO of Bodacious Promotions, Inc.

Every year, Minority Enterprise Development Week (MED Week) highlights diverse minority businesses and provides resources that help them grow. Throughout the week, organizations from across Philadelphia host events—including panel discussions and traditional and educational workshops—for business owners and practitioners.

MED Week in Philadelphia is spearheaded by the Office of Economic Opportunity within the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Commerce in partnership with economic development partners citywide.

Use the “Support this Program” button to make a fully tax-deductible donation towards MED Week. Only donations that are received by September 8, 2024, and meet the giving threshold for recognition will be acknowledged in the 2024 program booklet.
